Zenith's Special Investigation Unit (SIU) is trained and equipped to identify, investigate and prosecute fraud. Many of Zenith's trained investigators have years of law enforcement and prosecution experience. Zenith's SIU is responsible for developing investigative action plans on questionable claims.

A nalyze the facts for patterns of fraudulent activity
T ranslate the facts into an investigative action plan
C ommunicate fraud to authorities where appropriate
H elp answer our policyholders' questions about fraud
E valuate the case with prosecutors or appropriate law enforcement authorities
M ake recommendations to resolve the claim fairly
 | Knowing the Red Flags of Fraud is the best way to identify suspicious claims sooner. Although not proof of fraud, red flags are activities or issues that are seen in claims that may later prove to be fraudulent. If one or more of these red flags are present in a claim, it can lead to a thorough investigation by Zenith's SIU. |
